Store Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the order confirmation date.

• In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified immediately.

2. Exchange & Return Policy

• Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are unused and in their original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.

• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost in case of exchange or return unless the mistake is from our side.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspecting the returned product and ensuring it meets the return conditions.

• The refund will be issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash based on the customer’s preferred method.
